So thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all. Particularly Michelle, who probably one of THE BEST co-web I could ever ask for, oh and watch out here for the news, Michelle and I are doing another site together lol. Finally, a doll-lightful cure for the post-Twilight doldrums!
Fanggirls can pass the time until New Moon hits theaters by replaying and recreating moments from the books and film with their very own Bella Swan and Edward Cullen dolls.
Bella is 15 inches tall and modeled to look like Kristen Stewart, while Edward towers 2 inches over her and is meant to resemble Robert Pattinson (swoon). They both have hand-detailed face painting and multiple articulated joints.
The collectible figures will be available exclusively at TonnerDirect.com in spring 2009. According to the Tonner Doll Company, plans for creating likenesses of the other characters are in the works.
In other words, a perfect stocking stuffer for next Christmas.

Twilight premiered in Australia today, but I haven’t seen it since my little theatre won’t get until the city has finished playing it, so could be another week for me.
Feel my pain guys.

Fresh from the box-office success of “Twilight,” Kristen Stewart is set to portray Joan Jett in “The Runaways,” the rock ‘n’ roll biopic of the 1970s all-girl band.
The Runaways were hugely influential as the first commercially successful all-girl hard rock band; their members included guitarists Jett and Lita Ford, drummer Sandy West, singer-keyboardist Cherie Currie and bassist Jackie Fox. The band was brought together in late 1975 by impresario Kim Fowley, who thought a novelty act of teenage girls performing in leather and lace would be an easy sell. But the girls proved to be serious and influential musicians with songs like “Cherry Bomb.” The band lasted about four years, falling apart over management and money issues.
Jett continued her rock career into the ’80s, forming the Blackhearts and scoring with such hits as “I Love Rock N’ Roll” and “I Hate Myself for Loving You.” She continues to record and tour.
The film will revolve around Jett and Currie and follow them from the band’s meteoric rise as teenagers to their dissolution and disillusionment.
Video director Floria Sigismondi wrote the screenplay and is directing. Jett will serve as an executive producer.
The filmmakers are eyeing a 2009 start and will work around Stewart’s commitments to the two “Twilight” sequels. The first, “New Moon,” is expected to shoot in first-quarter 2009, with Stewart reprising her role as Bella, the human who falls for a vampire.
“Twilight” has made more than $120 million since opening November 21.

She’s an award-winning indie director known for her gritty style, ability to effectively fuse music with film and firm grasp on the difficulties of being young. And she recently reinvented herself as an estrogen-fueled Michael Bay, capturing the record for largest opening by a female filmmaker. Twilighters know that “New Moon” is the next movie for their beloved Edward and Bella — but what does the immediate future hold for Catherine Hardwicke?
“Well, right now we’re trying to figure out if the studio people, and me, and everyone’s on the same page,” the “Twilight” director explained exclusively to MTV News, addressing the fans who’ve already begun debating where — and with whom — the franchise should go from here. “I want to do ['New Moon'] better than we did ‘Twilight,’ and do it really cool. I definitely don’t want to do it as something just tossed off, like a ‘Saw II’ or something like that. We want to be sure that it’s really going to be great and that everyone’s on the same page.
“I would say that the film could be finished by the end of 2009, if not the beginning of 2010; cameras could be rolling in about five months,” Hardwicke said of her March/April timetable, should she return to helm the pic. “We spent about a year and three months getting ['Twilight'] ready, between writing the script and casting. We could probably do things a little bit faster this time, but who knows? It depends. And sometimes you can do things really fast. You can get two editors on, and you can just zip through.”
